Feed Em Right, LLC, the owner of www.vitalessentials.com (the “Website” or “Site”), has a 100% Customer Satisfaction guarantee for orders placed on the Vital Essentials website (not applicable to in-store purchases or purchases placed on other websites). If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, you may request a full refund within 30-days of delivery, subject to terms of this return and refund policy (the “Return and Refund Policy”). If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we would like to have the opportunity to make it right. We offer a 100% Customer Satisfaction guarantee on all Products within 30-days of delivery, subject to the terms of this Return and Refund Policy. We are only able to issue refunds for Products that were purchased directly from www.vitalessentials.com . If you purchased your Product anywhere other than www.vitalessentials.com , you must return it to the original place of purchase for a refund or exchange, observing their particular return/exchange policy. Product Inspection.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the Product(s) are damaged, do not meet your reasonable expectations or if you receive the wrong Product(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and provide a refund or new Product pursuant to this Refund Policy.
How to request a refund.
Upon completion of your request, we will promptly process your return. As soon as possible thereafter, we will notify you if refund is not eligible for refund or exchange. Feed Em Right will exert its best efforts to process Refunds within 1-3 business days.
We will not refund original shipping charges, unless the reason for the exchange or return is due to an error by us (e.g. wrong Product, expired Product, etc.). Your refund will equal your order total, plus any sales tax paid, minus shipping charges.

All Products marked “Final Sale” on our Site are Non-Refundable.
If a refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method . Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
